Is this Medicare-rebated?
No — Fusenite consultations are private and there is no Medicare rebate available for them. Pathology that your doctor orders may be Medicare-rebated separately at your local collection centre. Some private health extras may cover medication invoices.
How does the eligibility process work?
You complete a short online screener. An AHPRA-registered Australian doctor reviews your responses and books a real-time consultation if you're suitable. Eligibility does not guarantee treatment — that decision is made by the clinician during your consult.
How is my information protected?
Your data is hosted in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only accessed by clinicians and team members who need it. We're built on Australian Privacy Principles and are working towards ISO 27001. See our Trust page for more.
Can I cancel anytime?
