Every Fusenite clinician is AHPRA-registered, verified annually, and Australian-based. No offshore clinicians.
Data hosted in Australia
Application and database in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Your health data does not leave the country.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Sensitive PII (Medicare numbers, IDs) gets an additional column-level encryption layer.

Built around APPs 1–13. Privacy Officer accountable for breach response and patient rights requests.

What you can ask for, any time.
- A copy of your full health record
- A correction to any inaccurate information
- Restriction of certain uses (e.g. marketing)
- Permanent deletion of your account
- Information about every party that has accessed your data
- An explanation in plain English of how a decision was made

If a notifiable data breach occurs, we will inform affected patients and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner within the timeframes required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We’ll publish a public summary on this page.
