ABOUT FUSENITE
Built by an Australian doctor,
for the things you don’t want to talk about.
Fusenite exists because hair, weight, and hormone health deserve more than the 8-minute appointment they usually get.
THE STORY
A doctor’s frustration, a patient’s answer.
Fusenite started with a feeling — the one Australian GPs have at the end of every clinic. You’ve had 30 patients in six hours. You’ve done your best with each one. But the woman in the third appointment, who came in for what she thought was just “feeling off”, probably needed an hour, not eleven minutes. She didn’t get it. Nobody does.
The systemic problem is that primary care in Australia is structured around volume. The patients who pay the price are the ones whose problems don’t fit in 11 minutes — the perimenopausal woman with twenty symptoms, the man whose hair has been thinning since his late twenties, the patient whose weight isn’t responding to the same advice they’ve heard for fifteen years.
Fusenite was built to give those patients the time, the depth, and the continuity they deserve. Real-time consultations of meaningful length. Doctors who are clinically independent. Plans that are written down, reviewed regularly, and adjusted as you change. Plain-packaging delivery. Unlimited messaging in between.
We are not a pharmacy with a website. We are a clinical service that happens to deliver to your door.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Five principles, always.
Doctors should have time to listen
An 8-minute appointment can write a script. It cannot manage perimenopause, weight, or hair loss properly.
Independence beats incentives
Clinicians shouldn't be paid more for prescribing more. Ours aren't. Their job is to recommend what's right for you.
Discretion is part of care
Plain packaging. No names on the box. Telehealth means you don't have to sit in a waiting room.
Australian-owned, Australian-hosted
Your data stays in Australia. Your doctor is AHPRA-registered. Your team works in your time zone.
Honest is hard. Do it anyway.
If we can't help, we'll say so. If treatment isn't right, we'll say so. If a product doesn't work, we won't sell it.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
Just as important as what we do.
- Pay influencers to talk about treatments
- Use fake countdowns or 'only X spots left' urgency
- Pay clinicians per prescription written
- Host data offshore
- Prescribe without a real-time consultation
- Discount based on how big a script you commit to
Hold us to this.
If we ever stop doing what we say we do, email care@fusenite.com — we mean it.
