Answer 12 questions about your health, history, and goals. Most people finish in under 2 minutes. Your responses are encrypted and stored in Australia.
Speak with an Australian doctor
Your Australian-registered doctor reviews your responses before your real-time phone or video consultation. Hair and weight consults are 30 minutes; hormone consults are 45 minutes.
Receive your personalised plan
If clinically appropriate, your doctor prepares a written treatment plan and sends your prescription to a registered Australian pharmacy of your choice. With your consent, we'll write to your regular GP so they have the full picture.
Discreet delivery and ongoing care
Treatment arrives in plain packaging — cold-chain when needed. Care-team messaging available during Australian business hours. Routine reviews keep the plan fresh as your needs change.

Some treatments need to stay cold. Where appropriate, our partner pharmacies dispatch in validated insulated packaging — temperature-monitored from cold-store to your front door. Plain outer wrapping. No names. No logos.

Cold-chain delivery availability depends on medication type, fulfilling pharmacy, stock, and patient location. Your doctor and pharmacy will confirm what applies to your plan.
Due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to discuss specific treatment options until you have a consultation with one of our Fusenite practitioners. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.

How long does the whole process take?
From quiz to first delivery is typically 7–10 days. The 2-minute quiz, then a clinician reviews your responses within 24 hours and books a real-time consultation. After your consult, scripts are sent the same day if clinically appropriate.
What if I'm not eligible?
If your doctor decides treatment isn't appropriate for you, you don't pay for the consultation. Your doctor will explain why and may suggest a more suitable path — sometimes that means seeing your regular GP for a particular issue.
Can I keep my regular GP?
Yes — and we encourage it. With your consent, Fusenite will write to your regular GP about your plan so they have the full picture and can support you alongside us.
How do follow-ups work?
Routine reviews are built into every plan (every 12 weeks for hair, every 4 weeks initially for weight, every 6 months for hormone). Care-team messaging is available between consultations during Australian business hours; doctor responses are provided where clinically appropriate.
What if I move interstate?
Fusenite operates Australia-wide. Your plan and your care team move with you. Just update your address in the app and your next delivery will go to the new postcode.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your Fusenite dashboard or by emailing care@fusenite.com. There are no lock-in contracts.
