Refund Policy

If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll refund the programme fee. Here's the detail.
1. Money-back guarantee summary
- Hair Health: 180 days from your first delivery to claim a refund on the programme fee.
- Weight Management: 30 days from your first delivery.
- Hormone Health: 30 days from your first delivery.
2. What’s refundable
The Fusenite programme fee. Where medication is invoiced separately at pharmacy passthrough, the medication invoice is not refundable by Fusenite (please contact the dispensing pharmacy for their return policy).
3. What isn’t refundable
- Medication invoiced separately by a partner pharmacy
- Pathology fees billed by the collection centre
- Any third-party fees (Cal.com, specialist consultations)
4. How to claim
Email care@fusenite.com within the guarantee window. Include your account email and a brief description of why the treatment wasn’t right for you. We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Pre-paid plans (3-month, 6-month, 12-month)
If you cancel a pre-paid plan after the guarantee window, you receive a pro-rata refund for whole unused months. Partial-month usage is not refunded.
6. Termination by Fusenite
If we terminate your subscription for breach of our Terms, refunds are at our discretion. If we terminate due to operational reasons (e.g. you move outside our delivery area), you receive a full pro-rata refund.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service or product is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to remedies that are independent of this policy.
8. Disputes
If you’re not happy with our refund decision, email legal@fusenite.com. You may also contact the ACCC or your state consumer protection authority.
