These terms govern your use of Fusenite. By creating an account or completing the eligibility quiz, you agree to them.
1. About Fusenite
Fusenite Health Pty Ltd (“Fusenite”, “we”, “us”) operates an Australian telehealth platform connecting patients with AHPRA-registered Australian medical practitioners.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Fusenite. Eligibility for any treatment is determined by an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner during a real-time consultation. Eligibility for the quiz does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.
3. The medical relationship
The medical relationship is between you and the AHPRA-registered practitioner who consults with you, not Fusenite as a corporate entity. Fusenite provides the technology platform, administrative services, and product fulfilment. Clinical decisions are made by your doctor.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Fusenite plans are billed as a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing care@fusenite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pre-paid quarterly, biannual, and annual plans are eligible for pro-rata refunds in line with our refund policy.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed at sign-up govern your subscription. We may change prices for new subscribers at any time but will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect on their plan.
6. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify care@fusenite.com immediately of any unauthorised access.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or medical history
- Resell, redistribute, or share Fusenite-provided treatment with another person
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Fusenite’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid Fusenite in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
